REGISTRATION: In order for your children to participate in the
Christian Formation Program the family must be registered in the Parish. Registration in the Parish is offered during orientation sessions following the 5:00 p.m. Mass on the second Saturday of each month or after the 11:30 a.m. Mass the third Sunday of each month. All children from kindergarten through twelfth grades are expected to attend Christian Formation classes here at Saint Jerome if not presently attending Catholic schools. Tenth and 11th grade students preparing for Confirmation must attend a two-year-program at Saint Jerome. |

| TUITION and FEES: 1 child $25.00, 2 children $40.00, 3 or more children $40.00. A $10.00 fee for each sacrament. | |
| EMERGENCY CLOSINGS: Class cancellations due to snow or other hazardous weather will be announced WVEC-TV, Channel 13, (Cox Cable Channel 13). If possible, closing and changes will be listed on this Web Site. | |
| ATTENDANCE: Children are expected to maintain good attendance throughout the year. However, it is understood that sometimes due to illness or life in general, classes must be missed. Please advise the teacher if your child will be out for a lengthy time. It is the responsibility of the parent to insure that their child is in class on time and picked up promptly after class. Preschool and elementary school aged children are to be dropped off and picked up by parent, guardian, sister or brother at the classroom. Early dismissals will only be allowed with notes from parent or guardian. Notes should be given to the teachers at the beginning of class. | |

| STUDENT BEHAVIOR: Respect and love for one another are essential in a Catholic Christian environment. Therefore, disruption due to a serious lack of respect for other students or catechists will result in the following: | |
