Ministry Fair
The Ministry Fair is rapidly approaching and we are requesting/inviting parishioners to determine their ability to participate as the hands and feet of Christ for his Church, OUR Parish. We are in great need in many of our ministries. We're thankful to have so many new parishioners and we'd like to know you better and have you know us. A great way to do this is to participate in all aspects of our community. I'm sure there is a ministry that will match your talents and time. Please attend the Ministry Fair or beat the rush and contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to see how you can help.

In recent weeks and months I have had privilege to meet, interact with and assist several parishioners who don’t know anyone in the parish. Although their personal situations are different, their commonality is not knowing the fellowship and compassion of the St. Jerome community.
If you don’t know the person sitting next to you, they might be:
They are attending Mass but they also need more, they need a community.
The "Zip Ministry" is preparing to set up bags of inexpensive necessities for the homeless. Supplies are being collected in designated boxes in the commons area. Items suggested are: Socks, Food items like tuna kits, sandwich crackers, canned meats, that do not need can openers protien bars, etc, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes. Once the bags are filled you will be able to take bags to distrubute to those in need. They are handy to keep in your car for such times.
The Annual All Souls Day Donation will be coming up soon. This insures all units are washed down and sealed with the manufacturer recommended product. This process insures that the Columbarium will maintain its beauty and and will continue as place of peace and tranquility.
St Jerome accepts applications for a Niche reservation to our Columbarium to Catholics outside of our Faith Community.
If you have extended family or friends who would be interested in reserving a Niche in our Columbarium have them contact Fran Blanchard at 757-877-5021
